To whom it may concern,
When I met Lizz, I was in a tough spot in my life. I had been training on and
off but never consistently; I couldn't break down the mental wall I had put up. The
time spent with her was sometimes hard, but she never let me forget my purpose.
She wasn't just there for me in the gym. She would check in with me, even about life
- even if it were not gym related. I feel like I adopted a sister at the end of our time
together. This girl is so inspiring and, although my workouts would make me cry
sometimes, it was never miserable. In was in those moments, Lizz always reminded
me why I started. She was a pusher, but in a way that got into your mind and heart
to break down everything holding you back from bettering your best.
She is the most genuine human I have ever met. I have never met anyone as
passionate about what they do than Lizz. I have never known the limits she had
pushed me past up until now. I have never loved going into a gym because I always
felt like I was the girl who ‘needed to be there’. Now I walk into the gym and I don't
care what other people think. I'm there to work and she has taught me so much. Not
just the right form, or how to properly breathe, but slowly she taught me to love the
process and most importantly love myself and that's what makes her the absolute
best trainer ever! People can fix their bodies all day long, but to fix someone's mind
is something you will never be able to repay. I cannot wait to see where she will end
up, but I know I'm not the only life she will change! No words will ever be good
enough to describe what Lizz has actually done for me.
When I moved away, I left my trainer, a good friend, and confidant. Since Lizz, I have
yet to find someone like her. I work with trainers, but none like her. She sets the bar
high and if I could advise one thing it would be to put her in a position where other
trainers can see just how she does it and follow by her example. She doesn't just
train people; she helps fix their core from the inside out. I can't repay her for the
progress we made physically, and more importantly the progress we have made
internally.
If you need more information about our journey, Lizz has my progress
pictures. Feel free to contact me at 850-673-9929 and I can speak with you about
her endless talent and possibilities. Thank you.
