9. It is difficult to say whether democracy is currently facing actual crisis or are we
just seeing normal evolvement of the democratic system. Still we believe there
are a lot of signs pointing towards the need of improvments. Democracy must
gain its value again in the minds and hearts of the people it has been designed
to serve.
