Amal Al Masri
A certified and experienced LEED Green Associate , Project and
Facilities Manager and founder of Elia Décor Company with extensive
experience in delivering diverse projects throughout the Middle East has had
a vital role in all the different entities it being in the private or public sector.
Amal has been known for her, adroitness, firmness and a confidence
towards leadership with the constant understanding of the natural hierarchy
of conducting professional business be it state or privately owned. She
strives for success on all fronts way of thinking; and is constantly
evolving towards increasing efficiency, engineering principles to
management and problem solving. She practices the artistry of logical
persuasion, through a keen eye and an alert mind to the “bigger picture”
with the ability to relay the vision and motivation to others. She is
blessed with superb communications skills as a result of multicultural
sensitivity and social deftness.
