1. STRATEGY TO MANAGE THE DAILY ORDERS:
1. Long term strategy: (Project) e.g. new sites.
2. Short term strategy: (Operation, day to day):
a. Time (Receiving the orders)
b. FIFO.
c. Critical situations (short, far distance).
d. High demand (Rush sales)
e. Packing, repacking, stacking and labeling.
2. Distribution
1. Local Distribution:
a. Availability of trucks VS locations & drivers
b. Zoning of the locations/Routs/cluster.
c. Documents (WOS, Order, issue note & letter from the company.
d. Third party contracting.
2. Land and Air Distribution:
a. Third party contracting.
b. Time of trips/flights per week/month.
3. CLEARING VIA AIR/SEA PORTS AND INSPECTION
1. Clearing:
1. Shipping documents (AWB/BOL, PL, Invoice … etc)
2. Checking the shipping documents.
3. Incoterms.
4. Insurance.
5. Exemptions/Permits.
