Your brain,
specifically, your
cortex + amygdala,
are responsible for
a range of emotions
or bodily responses
“critical to survival
or adaptation to
our environment.”
 Fear is real. And is
different from
anxiety.
 Clear, present
and identifiable
threat (vs.
absence of
immediate
danger)
o e.g., job loss vs.

NEUROSCIENCE says…

context.
