It was a Sunday. A family day. People were with their kids
Shops have a lot of common in the
environment. Ceiling height, temperature,
entrance … I spent 15 imnutes in every shop

LINDEX KIDS Sales items were visible
Nobody from salespeople cared about me
Products arranged by size an for
boys and girls
Security guy was following
me all the time
There are nice size tables
No music at all
Possible to pass with the pram
Line of goods was poor
It was very easy to find a product
Too depressive, I didn‘t want
to stay there

5. Salespeople were professional, they wore the uniform, they initiated
SEPHORA the contact and guided me
Too much secuirity
Products were arranged by brand, price and
function at the same time
Too many items, too difficult to choose, I was lost
A lot of free promotional items!
No promotional actions like free make-up

7. There was no place to stay!! Only for two person maximum
RAGAZZA I felt those things were expensive, though prices
were not visible
There was only one saleswoman and she
didn‘t talk to me
No way to see the items in the high
shelves, no way to know the price
No sales items
Only for people, who knew exactly what they
want
Some items were really cool
Nobody bought anything there

9. I didn‘t plan to visit this shop, but it was so
colourful, so I came in
ALDO
Not possible to find if the size is availbale
Personnel initiated the contact immediately
Price is not very visible
Salespeople were friendly , they wanted to help ,
they perfectly matched the image of the store
It was easy to touch the model
Models were arranged by style and
colour
The style was everywhere!
Every customer got the portion of
attention
