Jessica E. Cornish is a Certified Mediator-Arbitrator, and human resources professional who
has earned her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Public Affairs and Masters of Arts in
Human Behavior and Conflict Management from Columbia College.
Cornish has over 10 years of experience working with high-profile community partners and
state agencies to eliminate societal ills (delinquency, truancy, poverty, injustices), build
program development and management infrastructure in the human resources and youth
development field, and educate diverse groups to impact societal change. Cornish is an
influential leader who quite naturally stimulates learning processes and seeks to empower.
