Analyst – Summer Internship (Corporate Finance – M&A and valuation team, FIG)
• Advised Generali Italia S.p.A in process of acquisition worth £12m of company operating in
telematics sector. Gathered key performance indicators from Bloomberg and other financial
resources to build the competitive benchmark with team. Interviewed four main target’s
competitors’ CEOs, extrapolating data to determine telematics sector’s trend line
• Executed benchmark analysis of a major bank of the North-East of Italy as well as performing
competitive benchmark of six regional competitors. Produced final report used by team to
advise client
• Prepared a buy-side pitch book for an Italian commercial bank, researching, analysing, and
summarising potential targets’ profiles

Analyst – Summer Internship (Facultative Reinsurance – Cash in Transit team)
• Evaluated two reinsurance proposals in the Facultative Sector. Leveraged language skills to
work as intermediary between clients and reinsurance companies and conducted companies’
risk analysis to improve placing brokers’ performances on the Lloyd’s Market
• Managed Mondialpol Service S.p.A. contract renewal alongside another team member,
reviewing wording, figures and exposures to deal with client’s requests. Scheduled meetings
with main underwriters to discuss new terms and conditions
