Sports: A Therapy to Stress
1. Stress is a frequent problem affecting many people in different socities today. Recent
studies show that stress cases have increased in this current years with escalating conditions being
narrated among children an adults. These instances are usually combined with a feeling of fears,
insecurities and other simulated done by other people. It is a devastative emotions because it can
impede children and adults from attaining their various talents and skills. Thus it will make people
secluded from his environment where he belongs. Normally what people do when they are
suffering from stress they consult the doctor to address their problems. And in must cases the
doctor will give prescribed medecine to the patient to cure him. Moreover, another antidote to
stress is by having sports activities and exercises. It is through this suggested conditioning that the
unused body energy and unbalanced immune system will be avoided and guaranted to overcome
it. Therefore , engaging in sports and exercise will help in burning exces energy and increases your
heart rate which is benefecial for the heart. And through sports you can get along with people and
keep boby active and healthy.
