Products with obligation for a SELO
Licence:
(1) Tanks for gas, liquefied gas and
liquids
(2) Different types of gas cylinders
for gas, liquefied petroleum gas,
etc.
(3) Portable pressure vessels:
(4) Hyperbaric oxygen chambers
(5) Boiler
(6) Industrial pressure pipe
(7) Safety appurtenances: safety
valves, rupture disc, etc.
All products with SELO
obligation should be checked
for the license, since there
are products with and
without SELO-Duty under
each product category.

Without a required SELO Licence it is not allowed to export the
respective products to China
1. Tanks for gas, liquefied gas and liquids with an
operating pressure of at least 0.1MPa, a volume
of at least 30L and an internal diameter of at
least 150mm.
2. Different types of gas cylinders for gas, liquefied
petroleum gas, etc. and nominal volume 0.4L-
3000L, nominal operating pressure 0.2MPa-
35MPa and pressure times volume at least
1.0MPa.L.
3. Portable pressure vessels:
a. Container body: operating pressure at
least 0.1MPa and volume of at least 450L
b. Gas cylinders: Nominal operating pressure
of at least 0.2MPa and volume of at least
1000L.
4. Hyperbaric oxygen chambers
5. Boiler
a. Pressure-resistant steam boiler, whose
volume in design water level is greater than
or equal to 30L and whose rated steam
pressure is greater than or equal to 0.1Mpa.
b. Pressure-resistant hot water boiler, whose
outlet pressure is greater than or equal to
0.1MPa and whose rated power is greater
than or equal to 0.1MW
c. Organic heat carrier boiler, whose rated
thermal power is greater than or equal
0.1MW

7. Safety appurtenances: valves, rupture disc, etc.
