Everyone has weeks where you check off everything on your to-do list with pleasure—and weeks where you’d rather be anywhere but at work.
It’s normal for employees to have ups and downs in motivation, but when these downs are constant it may become a problem

4. • One of the most important factors that contribute to employee
motivation is how often their hard work gets recognized. 70% of
employees say that motivation and morale would improve
massively with increased recognition from managers. If an
employee produces exceptional results but their hard work isn't
recognized, why would they continue to be a high-performing
employee?
recognition
5. is one of the greatest motivators out there.
Knowing that your colleagues have your back
and are your cheerleaders is an amazing feeling.
When your motivation dips, your teammates are
right there with you, rooting for you as you
complete your next project.
Teamwork
6. If you feel tired of your job, find a new one.
I know for many of you that it’s not that easy to change jobs
but if you think about it. why would you rather be working a
job that makes you feel sad and bored if you can work at
another job? There are many other possibilities. so find work
that interests you and maybe take that shot.
You can also just ask your boss for a new role in the business.
You don’t have to quit your job.
a new job
7. Maybe it’s money. You don’t get paid what your worth. Ask your
boss for a raise. If it’s been a long time since you’ve had a
raise, consider the question.
money
8. You can ask yourself the question of why you
work and why you do this type of work. My
grandfather and grandmother have taken care
of seven children at once. My grandfather
worked the night shift in a factory for over 30
years. And when I asked if he didn’t lose
motivation doing this he answered that he did
it because he needed the money to take care
of his children and that he has his ups and
downs for sure but he wanted them to have
everything they needed.
If you have children, think of this reason.
Why
9. And last but not least, take a
break or let your mind rest.
Ask if you can take a few days off.
Let the stress resolve.
A few days can easily give you a
better mindset for when you are
going back to work again.
Take a break
10. If you want to start
a business on your
own but lack
motivation, here
are tips to help you
with that.
YOU CAN DO THIS IN MANY WAYS. MY WAY
OF FINDING THE RIGHT JOB FOR ME WAS:
SEARCHING ON THE INTERNET TO FIND
JOBS THAT COPE WITH MY INTERESTS.
YOU MUST CONSIDER FOR HOW LONG YOU
WANT THIS JOB AND IF YOU COULD
HANDLE IT. IF IT INTERESTS YOU THEN
YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN ENJOY THIS
TYPE OF WORK.
11. Go deep into the rabbit hole.
What I mean is search for
everything that goes with your job
from managing clients to
managing your accountancy.
Maybe take lessons and schools to
know everything about your
future job.
12. I hope you
enjoyed this
and that you
learned a
few things.
