crystallization and structure of the product, allowing reduction in saturated fat in the
filling.
• GRINDSTED® GA 572 improves the properties of the dough texture and production
process, allowing fat reduction.
• SOLEC® N-TN Soy Lecithin is a natural emulsifier obtained from crushing soy beans.
It helps to reduce the viscosity, improves adhesion, homogeneity and machineability of
fat-based fillings.
