This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of 3D pulsed Doppler ultrasound in predicting pregnancy outcomes during frozen embryo transfer cycles. The study will examine 30 infertile patients undergoing endometrial preparation for embryo transfer. 3D pulsed Doppler angiography will be used to measure several implantation markers in the endometrium, including thickness, volume, blood flow patterns. Patients will then be divided into pregnant and non-pregnant groups and the marker measurements will be compared between groups to determine if any values predict pregnancy. The results will help identify the most suitable embryo transfer cycle and improve clinical pregnancy rates for frozen embryo transfers.

Introduction: Despite numerous
developments in assisted reproduction,
the Clinical – Pregnancy Rate (CPR) in
IVF and intracytoplasmic sperm
injection (ICSI) remains low. The
cause of the low CPR mock resides in
the technique of embryo transfer
endometrial, receptivity, or the
capacity of embryo to properly invade
the endometrium.
Evaluation of endometrial recertify
remains a challenge in Clinical
Practice. the real-time
ultrasonography allows the study of
two main implants markers: endometrial
thickness cad endometrial morphing

Aim of the Work: The aim of the
present study is to detect the
accuracy of 3-D Pulsed and color
Doppler in the evaluation of the
implantation markers that are
predictors of pregnancy outcome during
frozen thawed embryo transfer cycles
and thus election of the most suitable
cycle for transfer of a single
cryopreserved embryo.
Material and methods: The study will
be conducts on 30 infertile patients,
who are prepared for transfer cycle
after endometrial preparation, on the
