skills and a pleasant demeanor when working with people and children. I had the pleasure of being one
of Dreya's supervisors when she served as a Teacher and Aide at Calvin Christian School’s Extended
Care.
Dreya always arrived on time and ready to work. Dreya was in charge of 4th
-8th
grade students in the
morning. In the afternoon she was either an Aide to other Extended Care Teachers or a Teacher
herself. Dreya had a great sense of how to interact with the students yet kept control in the classroom.
On days that she was a Teacher she came organize for the classroom and brought in her creativity
through her crafts for the day. Dreya also did a phenomenal job of cleaning and keeping the classroom
orderly at the end of the day.
Dreya was efficient and effective in her professional role at Extended Care, yet also took the time to
engage the students with a genuine interest in how they were doing. I wish all our employees could be
as effective and friendly as Dreya.
