With several workers in the warehouse receiving orders to pick/pull and ship there were often times that things would fall through the
cracks and items would be picked incorrectly or a shipment would go out missing items. While our client felt that had a solid grasp
on their general inventory levels, they saw this particular area of their operation as a weak link in their chain and would be the best
spot to see the highest ROI after purchasing their inventory management software.

Our demonstration to the customer was brief and to the point, as their need was so

carry with them through the warehouse, and would load an exact list of what needed
to be picked including the order number, customer, and ship-to information. Our client
was very pleased to learn that the pick order feature also prevented their workers
from scanning an incorrect barcode that was not associated to the order they were
processing. If they did hit the wrong item and error message would prompt on the
screen and the scanned item would not be added to the order. We also made sure to
demonstrate the software’s ability to print out a complete packing slip once the pick
order was closed out and completed on the handheld scan-gun. This level of

everyone to get a closer look at the system and the various functions outside of the pick order processing that was mission critical.
