followed, there is no reason why Social Media cannot be an economical
and an integral part of learning and development, enhancing collaboration
between health professionals, and developing a sense of community
(Bhola and Hellyer, 2016)

lasting pickup than the truth.
False news is more novel, and people are more likely to share novel
information.
Good information do spread fast but not as fast as gossips.
It took the truth about six times as long as falsehood to reach 1,500 people.
