A. Teaching regularly in the Post Graduate dept. of Environmental Science, A.N.College,
Patna since May 1987 -till now. I am teaching "Application of Remote Sensing
and GIS in Environmental Management, Geographical
Environment"
B. Imparting training to 4 Resource Scientists for Resource and infrastructure analysis
using Remote Sensing & GIS. During training Image Processing softwares
like, ERDAS IMAGINE, GEOMATICA, ENVY, IGIS etc. as well as GIS (Geographical
Information Softwares ) like ARC INFO, SUPERMAP & QGIS are being
tought. They are also taught concept of resources, sustainable development,
Map Concept, Projection System etc.
C. I also provide training to officers and technical persons of the USER
DEPARTMENTS Govt. of Bihar, regarding how to use Remote Sensing maps and
data in the DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES of the State. Such Training are about
the application aspects in the development of proposals and schemes.
D. I also impart training to the NIT Patna and Nalanda Open University students whenever
i have been invited .
E. Prepare reports of PROJECTS and Formulate Project Proposals for the centre.
