Abstract: -
This study aims to identify the role of the faculties of law in developing its
curriculum in the development plans and modernity to include the law of the
Internet in their curricula, because the increasing impact of information technology
on life has been put forward many of the Complex legal issues that are difficult to
address through traditional laws. The study uses the inductive analytical method
and reached a number of conclusions and recommendations. The most important
findings were the limited existence of Internet law within the curricula of the
faculties of law in the Sudanese universities, in addition to the lack of specialized
specialists in this field. One of the most important recommendations of the study is
the need to include Internet law in the courses in law schools in addition to the
rehabilitation and training of university professors in the faculties of law entrusted
with teaching this course as it is a human sciences overlapping with many other
sciences such as computer science and management and other sciences.
