Abdulmannan Orabi graduated from the Civil Engineering State University of Moscow in 1985 with a first-class Honours degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, and obtained his doctorate from the University of Moscow in 1994 for work on the effect of eccentricity on the bearing capacity of the sandy soil.
