1. Introduction
1.1 ProblemBackground.
Whenwe talkabout self-management,we alsotalkaboutself-awareness - culture,andbehavior.
We have fordecades divided/separatedmanupinthe body-mindandspirituality.1.
We have some doctors whoare specialistsinbodymatter, psychologistswhospecialize regardingmindand
wheneverythinggoes mad,we seekguidance fromthe spiritual guides.
It has alsobeenof greatbenefittothe specialists.Ithasgivenus much new knowledge. However, ithas
alsomade that we have become tooparochial and therebylostthe gaze of how things workand are
created.
The thingswe can transfertoour businessesandorganizations. The companieswill alsosetupseveral
specializedmanagersandHRdevelopmentformore specificareas,suchascooperationandresults,or
cooperationandresources,psychological work,bringdownillnessdays,strategies,etc.
Thisis where ourbehavior,culture,andself-awareness come in.All communicationsAREbehavior, andwe
are a product of our parentsand ourexternal environment. The behaviorwe learnedasa childisoftennot
appropriate asan adult.
We are constantlyreceivingsignalsfrombothourinnerandouter. To be able to read these signals, we
mustbe cleaned outinan amountof blockingperformancescreatedbyadesire tounderstandlife.Life can
and mustnot be understood. We mustbelieve inlife>>TRUST << if we want tolive life, for if we donot
believewe willunderstand, andthenwe come toblocklife throughavarietyof unconsciousresponsive
defense mechanismsthatwe are not incontact with.
Most people are reactingindefense againsttheirtrue "feelings."Thiscouldcreate consequences. Both
physical,mental,butalso materialistic.
You can begintolearnof today'sevents, asitis only youwhoknow what youare thinkingandfeel about
the eventsthatyouexperienceinthe absolute now.
Learn to communicate, sothat we do notprovoke eachother'sdefenses. Learntouse a sense journal.
We donot see the worldas itis, butas we are and fromthere we act.
We know thatin the firsttwo yearsof a child'slife are the mostimportant onesbecause theyare the
summary/foundation of ourcontinuedgrowth.
Anxiety trained in defenses.
We learnedthatanxiety isdangerousorunpleasant.Ex. The childof approximately, twoyears.
Approachingthe road, ‘’ugh– ugh beware, it’sdangerous. There are carsdriving here.’’ Thisphrase isoften
heardin variousguises. Here the childistrainedinto thinkingthatanxietyisdangerous.(Cancause anxiety
to take responsibilityandact like anadult)

Spirituality:The subconscious,thatwe cannotsee,suchas feelings,the brightside or the darkside,the
balance cannotbe seen,butmeasuredasthe consequencesof ourchoices.etc.
Angertrained in defenses.
We askthe child ‘’Canyoudo the table?’’ ‘’No’’answeredthe child.‘’Well,thatyoumust’’.Here the childis
trainedup to, that limitsare notgood.(May cause lack of respectfor themselvesandothers asan adult.)
Grief trained in defenses
Grief isoftenconfusedwithself-pity,throughlackof confidence andrespectforthemselves. Here we can
see howwe have beentrained todistortreality.Readthe topof the website Dorte ErlingssonEQ:We reap
whatwe sow.
We have three basicemotions:anxiety-anger-sorrow whenwe acttrulyon themwe will experience joy.
The consequence isthatwe can use to see if we acted intruth.
It isalso aboutour unconsciousbuilding/trainingof communication.We can learn/traintocommunicate,
so we do notprovoke defenseworks, butitmeansthatwe must become more self-consciousaboutthe
signalswe sendandreceive inthe teamforour "Communication"andthe courage to give constructive
criticism.
I have studied 12 yearsof self-exanimationandtaught. Iwill here give some of myownlearningand
experience.
1.2. Issue.
Our feelingsare our inner GPS,but we expressour feelingscommunicative.
Whenwe talkabout the external worldandevents, itisthatourbehavior isreflectedinourmemoriesand
fromthere we create, fromdecisionsandchoices. The brainislike Google andcomesupwiththe proposals
we learnedtouse as a child. However, the braindoesnotknow that what we learnedasa childwere
defenses.Soitjustgoes on to use the defenseswe learnedwithemotion.
We are in a global crisisinmostof the world. There ismuchtalk aboutstrategiesandotheroptions, but
whatis there,in fact, the basisfor the choiceswe have made? What isneeded tobalance the world’s
economy,alsoinindividual companies,bothprivate andpublic? It’speople thatcontrol takessome choices
and lead decisions out.We reapwhatwe sow,or to put in anotherway. What we sendout iswhatwe are
gettingback.
Here I will adda fewtoolsandreferto my ownexperiencesanduse of emotionrecord, andwhatIhave
learnedtouncovermymaps. I call ithistory.
Get an understanding of ourownbehaviorandbehavioralpatterns,andwhatitdoestous.
When we sawthe anxiety, weresponded with joy oranger.
When we sawthe anger, we reacted with anxiety orsadness.
When we sawthe joy,we reacted with fearor anger.
Here are some examples from my own self-examination by feeling behavior Journal.
Ex.1. I came to work one day and saw that my assistant was standing and had taken one of the
customers private. I was shocked and anxious. I did not know what to say. If I fired her, I could run the

risk that she would take many of her customers. I was irritable and angry. I tried to dodge her, she
asked a few times if there was something wrong, but I just replied no, and stiffenedjust by the
question.
"The fear thatcovers the anger,alsocalledconfrontational,self-importance,defense andsoon."
Until one day whenwe bothsat inthe back room. She confronted me andaskedwhy I wasso angry. I am
not angry, but a little laterIcreptto the issue andsaid thatI had seenthatshe hadtakena customerasa
private customer. She admittedthatitwaswrong, but they were goodfriends, Iaskedif there were othersI
didnot knowabout,as I wouldlike toknow itnow. There were no others. However, the incidentsparkeda
confrontationwith myownbehavior. Ihadneverexperiencedanxietybecause mywholelifeIhadtriedto
suppressthe fear. Ibecome afraidof my ownvulnerability, aswebbingtodistrustthe faithof notbeing
goodenough,overshadowedeverything.Isshe betterthan me,whatif she left?
Thiswas where mystresstook over;I woke upone nightand wouldputthe covers on my daughter."Here I
learnedthe differencebetweenself-importance andtookmyself seriously ".Iwasparalyzed,Icouldnot
move or feel mybody, anditwas like sittingonacarousel. Thisincidenttriggeredstress.Infringementshad
piledup.A diagnosisof stressiseverythingwe donotreach of our own. It isabout the signalswe receive
and howwe act onthem. How dowe perceive signals, positive ornegative? The consequencesare the
answerto whetherwe actedpositiveornegative.Thisiswherewe canlearnhow psyche anddisease are
linked, andhowourunconsciousdefense workscanmake usill if we ignore the signalswe receive.
How dowe receive andhoware we affectedbycommunication."Ourinternal map/history”.
EX. 2: A newcolleague arrivesatthe company. The new colleague hasextensive experiencein otherareas
and uses advanced experiencestonewsolutionsandtodo things differently. The staff of the company is
not exactlythrilledwiththe newproposals, especiallyone expresseshisdissatisfaction.Whatwe are used
to doing, worksverywell, soitisnotnecessaryto change it.The reasonmay be fear of acting - couldI
figure itout- the fearof losingface,or doesshe think, she ismore thanus /me.Any judgmentcontains
condemnationalsoof ourselves.
Thisis an example of manycorporate limitswhere we limitourselvesandeachotherto grow.It can affect
the psychological workandchoice of decisions.
EX.3.The employee comesuptothe manager andsays: I thinkthatthe thingcouldrun well the otherway.
The employee talksabouthisfriendwhohadlearnedsome toolstosolve some problemsorotherwaysof
doingthings.(The employeeonlyquickly looks.Theycould be used inherworkplace.) Thisisall about
communicationandhowwe unconsciouslyprovoke eachother'sdefenses.Whatwe receiveisareflection
of whatwe sendout.
1.3. Problemdefinition.
Examples1:Here I reactedwithanxietyinsteadof anger.
Example 2: Here,she reactedwithangeragainstfear.The self-awarenesscanbe a godsend,whenwe
become aware of our seemingdistrust, foronlythenthatwe cansee how it limitsus, andthenitcan
become a force forward.
Example 3: Isabout communicationandhow we unknowinglyexceedeachother'sboundaries "Anger."
We alwaysbelieve thatall dothe besttheyhave learned. Thiswasanexpressionof anattack, andit isin
that "I THINK."

Spirituality:The subconscious,thatwe cannotsee,suchas feelings,the brightside or the darkside,the
balance cannotbe seen,butmeasuredasthe consequencesof ourchoices.etc.
A constructive approachcouldbe. Iwas witha friend, where she talkedabouthow theydidandgrabbed
the thingand end."I gota feelingof"maybe we coulduse some of the tools, whatdoyou experience?
Thisis notonlyabout the conflicts, butmore abouthow we create them.
Usinga sense journal,we will evenbe able toidentify whatitisreally about.Whatdoesitdo me whenI see
experience orwhen she receivedthe communication,inExample 3.
In Example 1-2.By communicative self-awarenessandunderstandingof ourfeelings,the experienceswe
receive,we canuse eachotherconstructively, sothattogetherwe cangrow,to the benefitof the individual
themselves andforcooperationincompaniesandintothe restof society.
2. Boundary
I have insteadof the totalityof communication"The managerialcommunicationmodel"sinceIhave
workedwith self-examination,self-understanding,self-managementformanyyears.The knowledge has
taught me to see connections, alsocalled ahelicopterperspective. We donotneedtodig intothe past
whenitspast hascaught up withus,so we can justtake today'seventsandstart gettinginsightandclarity
on our map/history.
2.1 What is self-management?
Self-managementistobe able tomanage ourselvesand take responsibility.Todothis, youask yourself
>> self- knowledge<<.What one experiencesinagivensituation.Whatyoucan learnfromit andthe
feelingsassociated with.Sohere we begintouncoverourthoughts. If indefense orattack,as itwill affect
our spoken words>> Word -force andvalues<<. Here it isimportantto ask aboutthe openquestionswh-
words.Whenwe workin thisway,we will be able tostrengtheneachotherinuncoveringourblockages
and restrictionsandgive motivationtothe benefitof the individualself andthe cooperationof the
companyto create value andachieve commongoals.
3. Analysis
WhenI thinkof vision, Ithinkfirstof all, whatis the basisforwhat we have created? We are in a global
crisis- abouthalf of the Danishpopulationisonfree transferincome, andmore will follow. We lose more
youngpeople inoursociety. We have managedtocreate some fertilizer. How dowe use thisfertilizer, are
we lettingitbe, and justbuilds, ordraws we fertilizeroutof the learningprocesseswe create (we reapthis
we sow).We all knowthat if the foundationisnotintactfromthe start, our vision -the project–the goal is
oftendoomed inadvance
3.1 Main conclusion.
I wantto make a collectionof the importance of self-managementandself-awarenessof ourownbehavior
and perceptionof the experienceswe create, asitmayreinforce self-managementandcreate a strong
leader. We can byfeelingthe journal evenbegintouncoverourowndefendedworks.(Map) The
clarificationcanstrengthenstaff andmanagersin askingtothe core andprovide more clarity, confidence
and strengthencommunicationgoingforward,tothe benefitof goodcooperationandworking
environment.We mayhere alsostrengthencommunicationbyspeaking Iexperiences"sowe donot

Self-management requires Strong leadership By Dorte Joy Juul 1 1 Spirituality:The subconscious, thatwe cannotsee, suchas feelings, the brightside or the darkside, the balance cannotbe seen, butmeasuredasthe consequencesof ourchoices.etc. Self-management By: Dorte Joy Juul 1. Introduction 1.1 ProblemBackground. Whenwe talkabout self-management,we alsotalkaboutself-awareness - culture, andbehavior. We have fordecades divided/separatedmanupinthe body-mindandspirituality.1. We have some doctors whoare specialistsinbodymatter, psychologistswhospecialize regardingmindand wheneverythinggoes mad,we seekguidance fromthe spiritual guides. It has alsobeenof greatbenefittothe specialists.Ithasgivenus much new knowledge. However, ithas alsomade that we have become tooparochial and therebylostthe gaze of how things workand are created. The thingswe can transfertoour businessesandorganizations. The companieswill alsosetupseveral specializedmanagersandHRdevelopmentformore specificareas, suchascooperationandresults,or cooperationandresources, psychological work, bringdownillnessdays, strategies, etc. Thisis where ourbehavior,culture,andself-awareness come in.All communicationsAREbehavior, andwe are a product of our parentsand ourexternal environment. The behaviorwe learnedasa childisoftennot appropriate asan adult. We are constantlyreceivingsignalsfrombothourinnerandouter. To be able to read these signals, we mustbe cleaned outinan amountof blockingperformancescreatedbyadesire tounderstandlife.Life can and mustnot be understood. We mustbelieve inlife>>TRUST << if we want tolive life, for if we donot believewe willunderstand, andthenwe come toblocklife throughavarietyof unconsciousresponsive defense mechanismsthatwe are not incontact with. Most people are reactingindefense againsttheirtrue "feelings."Thiscouldcreate consequences. Both physical, mental, butalso materialistic. You can begintolearnof today'sevents, asitis only youwhoknow what youare thinkingandfeel about the eventsthatyouexperienceinthe absolute now. Learn to communicate, sothat we do notprovoke eachother'sdefenses. Learntouse a sense journal. We donot see the worldas itis, butas we are and fromthere we act. We know thatin the firsttwo yearsof a child'slife are the mostimportant onesbecause theyare the summary/foundation of ourcontinuedgrowth. Anxiety trained in defenses. We learnedthatanxiety isdangerousorunpleasant.Ex. The childof approximately, twoyears. Approachingthe road, ‘’ugh– ugh beware, it’sdangerous. There are carsdriving here.’’ Thisphrase isoften heardin variousguises. Here the childistrainedinto thinkingthatanxietyisdangerous.(Cancause anxiety to take responsibilityandact like anadult)

Self-management requires Strong leadership By Dorte Joy Juul 2 1 Spirituality:The subconscious, thatwe cannotsee, suchas feelings, the brightside or the darkside, the balance cannotbe seen, butmeasuredasthe consequencesof ourchoices.etc. Angertrained in defenses. We askthe child ‘’Canyoudo the table?’’ ‘’No’’answeredthe child.‘’Well,thatyoumust’’.Here the childis trainedup to, that limitsare notgood.(May cause lack of respectfor themselvesandothers asan adult.) Grief trained in defenses Grief isoftenconfusedwithself-pity,throughlackof confidence andrespectforthemselves. Here we can see howwe have beentrained todistortreality.Readthe topof the website Dorte ErlingssonEQ:We reap whatwe sow. We have three basicemotions:anxiety-anger-sorrow whenwe acttrulyon themwe will experience joy. The consequence isthatwe can use to see if we acted intruth. It isalso aboutour unconsciousbuilding/trainingof communication. We can learn/traintocommunicate, so we do notprovoke defenseworks, butitmeansthatwe must become more self-consciousaboutthe signalswe sendandreceive inthe teamforour "Communication"andthe courage to give constructive criticism. I have studied 12 yearsof self-exanimationandtaught. Iwill here give some of myownlearningand experience. 1.2. Issue. Our feelingsare our inner GPS,but we expressour feelingscommunicative. Whenwe talkabout the external worldandevents, itisthatourbehavior isreflectedinourmemoriesand fromthere we create, fromdecisionsandchoices. The brainislike Google andcomesupwiththe proposals we learnedtouse as a child. However, the braindoesnotknow that what we learnedasa childwere defenses.Soitjustgoes on to use the defenseswe learnedwithemotion. We are in a global crisisinmostof the world. There ismuchtalk aboutstrategiesandotheroptions, but whatis there,in fact, the basisfor the choiceswe have made? What isneeded tobalance the world’s economy, alsoinindividual companies, bothprivate andpublic? It’speople thatcontrol takessome choices and lead decisions out.We reapwhatwe sow,or to put in anotherway. What we sendout iswhatwe are gettingback. Here I will adda fewtoolsandreferto my ownexperiencesanduse of emotionrecord, andwhatIhave learnedtouncovermymaps. I call ithistory. Get an understanding of ourownbehaviorandbehavioralpatterns, andwhatitdoestous. When we sawthe anxiety, weresponded with joy oranger. When we sawthe anger, we reacted with anxiety orsadness. When we sawthe joy,we reacted with fearor anger. Here are some examples from my own self-examination by feeling behavior Journal. Ex.1. I came to work one day and saw that my assistant was standing and had taken one of the customers private. I was shocked and anxious. I did not know what to say. If I fired her, I could run the

I was irritable and angry. I tried to dodge her, she asked a few times if there was something wrong, but I just replied no, and stiffenedjust by the question. "The fear thatcovers the anger,alsocalledconfrontational,self-importance,defense andsoon." Until one day whenwe bothsat inthe back room. She confronted me andaskedwhy I wasso angry. I am not angry, but a little laterIcreptto the issue andsaid thatI had seenthatshe hadtakena customerasa private customer. She admittedthatitwaswrong, but they were goodfriends, Iaskedif there were othersI didnot knowabout,as I wouldlike toknow itnow. There were no others. However, the incidentsparkeda confrontationwith myownbehavior. Ihadneverexperiencedanxietybecause mywholelifeIhadtriedto suppressthe fear. Ibecome afraidof my ownvulnerability, aswebbingtodistrustthe faithof notbeing goodenough, overshadowedeverything.Isshe betterthan me,whatif she left? Thiswas where mystresstook over;I woke upone nightand wouldputthe covers on my daughter."Here I learnedthe differencebetweenself-importance andtookmyself seriously ".Iwasparalyzed,Icouldnot move or feel mybody, anditwas like sittingonacarousel. Thisincidenttriggeredstress.Infringementshad piledup.A diagnosisof stressiseverythingwe donotreach of our own. It isabout the signalswe receive and howwe act onthem. How dowe perceive signals, positive ornegative? The consequencesare the answerto whetherwe actedpositiveornegative.Thisiswherewe canlearnhow psyche anddisease are linked, andhowourunconsciousdefense workscanmake usill if we ignore the signalswe receive. How dowe receive andhoware we affectedbycommunication."Ourinternal map/history”. EX. 2: A newcolleague arrivesatthe company. The new colleague hasextensive experiencein otherareas and uses advanced experiencestonewsolutionsandtodo things differently. The staff of the company is not exactlythrilledwiththe newproposals, especiallyone expresseshisdissatisfaction.Whatwe are used to doing, worksverywell, soitisnotnecessaryto change it.The reasonmay be fear of acting - couldI figure itout- the fearof losingface,or doesshe think, she ismore thanus /me.Any judgmentcontains condemnationalsoof ourselves. Thisis an example of manycorporate limitswhere we limitourselvesandeachotherto grow.It can affect the psychological workandchoice of decisions. EX.3.The employee comesuptothe manager andsays: I thinkthatthe thingcouldrun well the otherway. The employee talksabouthisfriendwhohadlearnedsome toolstosolve some problemsorotherwaysof doingthings.(The employeeonlyquickly looks.Theycould be used inherworkplace.) Thisisall about communicationandhowwe unconsciouslyprovoke eachother'sdefenses.Whatwe receiveisareflection of whatwe sendout. 1.3. Problemdefinition. Examples1:Here I reactedwithanxietyinsteadof anger. Example 2: Here, she reactedwithangeragainstfear. The self-awarenesscanbe a godsend, whenwe become aware of our seemingdistrust, foronlythenthatwe cansee how it limitsus, andthenitcan become a force forward. Example 3: Isabout communicationandhow we unknowinglyexceedeachother'sboundaries "Anger." We alwaysbelieve thatall dothe besttheyhave learned. Thiswasanexpressionof anattack, andit isin that "I THINK."

Iwas witha friend, where she talkedabouthow theydidandgrabbed the thingand end."I gota feelingof"maybe we coulduse some of the tools, whatdoyou experience? Thisis notonlyabout the conflicts, butmore abouthow we create them. Usinga sense journal,we will evenbe able toidentify whatitisreally about.Whatdoesitdo me whenI see experience orwhen she receivedthe communication,inExample 3. In Example 1-2.By communicative self-awarenessandunderstandingof ourfeelings, the experienceswe receive,we canuse eachotherconstructively, sothattogetherwe cangrow,to the benefitof the individual themselves andforcooperationincompaniesandintothe restof society. 2. Boundary I have insteadof the totalityof communication"The managerialcommunicationmodel"sinceIhave workedwith self-examination,self-understanding,self-managementformanyyears.The knowledge has taught me to see connections, alsocalled ahelicopterperspective. We donotneedtodig intothe past whenitspast hascaught up withus,so we can justtake today'seventsandstart gettinginsightandclarity on our map/history. 2.1 What is self-management? Self-managementistobe able tomanage ourselvesand take responsibility.Todothis, youask yourself >> self- knowledge<<.What one experiencesinagivensituation.Whatyoucan learnfromit andthe feelingsassociated with.Sohere we begintouncoverourthoughts. If indefense orattack,as itwill affect our spoken words>> Word -force andvalues<<. Here it isimportantto ask aboutthe openquestionswh- words.Whenwe workin thisway,we will be able tostrengtheneachotherinuncoveringourblockages and restrictionsandgive motivationtothe benefitof the individualself andthe cooperationof the companyto create value andachieve commongoals. 3. Analysis WhenI thinkof vision, Ithinkfirstof all, whatis the basisforwhat we have created? We are in a global crisis- abouthalf of the Danishpopulationisonfree transferincome, andmore will follow. We lose more youngpeople inoursociety. We have managedtocreate some fertilizer. How dowe use thisfertilizer, are we lettingitbe, and justbuilds, ordraws we fertilizeroutof the learningprocesseswe create (we reapthis we sow).We all knowthat if the foundationisnotintactfromthe start, our vision -the project–the goal is oftendoomed inadvance 3.1 Main conclusion. I wantto make a collectionof the importance of self-managementandself-awarenessof ourownbehavior and perceptionof the experienceswe create, asitmayreinforce self-managementandcreate a strong leader. We can byfeelingthe journal evenbegintouncoverourowndefendedworks.(Map) The clarificationcanstrengthenstaff andmanagersin askingtothe core andprovide more clarity, confidence and strengthencommunicationgoingforward, tothe benefitof goodcooperationandworking environment. We mayhere alsostrengthencommunicationbyspeaking Iexperiences"sowe donot provoke eachother'sDefender'sworks. We mustlearntosayyesor nobecause otherwise we letbe.
