The Academy of Grassroots Studies and Research of India (AGRASRI), a registered research foundation, is organising the 16th Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Lecture and conferring the Rajiv Gandhi National Awards in 7 Categories, on 20 August, 2019 at Hotel Bliss, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Prof. N. Radhakrishnan, Chairman, Indian Council for Gandhian Studies and Managing Trustee, Gandhi Peace Mission, New Delhi, is delivering the 16th Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Lecture on 'Revisiting the Legacy of Rajiv Gandhi for Nation Building'. Prof. Y. Hari Babu, Vice-Chancellor, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati, is releasing the Commemorative Souvenir on Shri Rajiv Gandhi, being published by the AGRASRI, to mark the occasion. Smt. T. K. Anuradha, Distinguished Scientist and Director, SATCOM Programme, Indian Space Research Organisation, Bengaluru, is releasing the Text of the 16th Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Lecture. Dr. D.
