1. THE NAME OF THE EVERLASTING FATHER
Exodus (Shemot) 3:13-15
13And Moses said to God, Behold, when I come to the children of Israel, and shall say to them, The
God of your fathers has sent me to you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say to
them? 14And God said to Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shall you say to the children of
Israel, I AM has sent me to you. 15And God said moreover to Moses, Thus shall you say to the
children of Israel, the LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God
of Jacob, has sent me to you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial to all generations.
THE NAME OF YHWH APPEARS 6,828 TIMES IN THE TANAK,
Exodus (Shemot 9:16) And in very deed for this cause have I raised you up, for to show in you my
power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.
Zephaniah (Tzephanyah) 3:9 For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call
on the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.
Jeremiah (Yirmimeyahu) 16:21 Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause
them to know my hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is The LORD.
Isaiah (Yeshayahu) 52:6 Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that
day that I am he that does speak: behold, it is I.
Psalm (Tehillim) 91:14 Because he has set his love on me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him
on high, because he has known my name.
Malachi 3.16 Then they that feared the LORD spoke often one to another: and the LORD listened, and
heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that
thought on his name.
Psalm (Tehillim) 44:20-21 If we have forgotten the name of our God, or stretched out our hands to a
strange god; Shall not God search this out? for he knows the secrets of the heart.
Joel (Yoel) 2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be
delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD has said, and in the
remnant whom the LORD shall call.
2. THE NAME OF ADONAI BEGINS WITH LETTER “YUD”.
LETTER “YUD” IS THE SMALLEST OF THE HEBREW LETTERS, FOR THIS REASON THE
MESSIAH SAID THAT ONE “YUD” OR ONE TITTLE MAY NOT PASS AWAY FROM THE LAW
(TORAH).
LETTER “YUD” IS TRANSLATED AS “Y” AND NOT AS “J”
IS JEHOVAH THE NAME OF OUR ELOHIM?
NO, THAT IS NOT THE NAME OF OUR ELOHIM. IF JEHOVAH IS NOT THE NAME OF OUR
ELOHIM, THEN WHY DOES IT APPEAR IN THE BIBLE TRANSLATIONS?
The Jewish people have always had zeal for the name of YHWH, because the commandment says:
“You shall not take the name of YHWH your Elohim in vain”.
The Masoretes were the Jews that placed “vowels” (nikudot) to the Hebrew text for the first time. The
oldest translation of the Bible is the Septuagint. The Septuagint was written before the Masoretes
placed vowels to the Hebrew text. The Bible was translated from Hebrew to Greek in the year 185 B.C.
The 72 Jews that wrote the Septuagint avoided translating the NAME of YHWH. They feared the
pagans would know the name and profane it. They translated the holy name of YHWH as “Kurios”,
which means “Lord”. The problem is that many texts were translated in this manner:
Isaiah (Yeshayahu) 42:8 I am “the LORD”: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another,
neither my praise to graven images.
The problem is to say that His name is “the LORD”, because it is not a great revelation.
Joel (Yoel) 2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whoever shall call on the name of the
LORD shall be delivered:
What is the name of the LORD so we can call on His name?
The same thing happened when the Masoretes placed vowels to the original Hebrew text, they feared
the name was going to be known and defiled by the pagans. So they decided to hide the name. Each
time they found the holy name of YHWH they used the vowels of the word ELOHA, which is the
singular form of ELOHIM. The result is:
“YEHOWAH”
The first one to come up with this name was Pietro Galatino, he was the confessor of pope Leo X.
As time passed the name of YEHOWAH was changed. Let us take a look:
YEHOWAH
YEHOVAH
3. JEHOVAH
JEHOVA
Nowadays a common translation of the name is “YAHVEH”. Today it is pronounced by many
Catholics, but let us remember what the prophesy says,
Isaiah (Yeshayahu) 52:6 “Therefore my people shall know my name”: therefore they shall know in
that day that I am he that does speak: behold, it is I.
We know perfectly well that when the House of Israel comes back to life (it is happening right now),
they will be given the name, the Torah, the Hebrew language as well as the true name of our Mashiach
YAHSHUA.
So your efforts to know the name of our Creator are not in vain. It does not depend on human desires to
know his name, but on divine revelation directly given to his people Israel. Israel is coming back to the
Torah. His people are not idolaters that drink from the chalice of Rome. So I will now explain the
reason why YAHVEH is not the correct pronunciation of the name of our Father.
Letter “Waw” is the third letter of the name of our Abba (Father). This letter is known as “Vav” in
Modern Hebrew. In Modern Hebrew it has a “V” sound when it is a consonant, and it sounds like a “U”
when it is a vowel. However, IT ALWAYS HAD A “U” SOUND IN ANCIENT HEBREW, FOR THAT
REASON LETTER W IS THE EQUIVALENT OF THE THIRD LETTER OF OUR FATHER`S
NAME.
For this reason note that that majority of the Bibles that translate the name as “Jehovah” have a
footnote that says:
“The real name is YHWH”
The real name is not “YHVH” because it is known that Ancient Hebrew is older than Modern Hebrew.
It is widely known that Ancient and Modern Hebrew do not have vowels. We know that there are
consonant letters called “mothers of Reading” (they sounded like vowels when reading).
These are the letters known as Mothers of Reading:
Yud ()י, Waw ()ו, Hei ()ה and Aleph ()א
Letter Yud was used to represent letters I and E.
Letter Waw was used to represent letters U and O.
Letter Hei was used to represent letters A and E.
Letter Aleph was used to represent letters A, E, I, and O.
4. According to this we have four combinations (pronunciations) of our Elohim`s name.
IAUA, IAUE, IEUA or IEUE
We have to eliminate two choices that end with UA, because this is how femenine nouns end.
So we have two combinations,
IAUE and IEUE
Now, as we already know, the name of our Abba (Father) begins with “IA” so it is “YAH”. Many
names of the prophets and the word “HALLELLUYAH” end with YAH, the name of our Messiah
YAHSHUA begins with YAH.
So we have the four letters of the Holy Name, and the vowels.
Yud ()י =I
Hei ()ה =A
Waw ()ו =U
Hei ()ה =E
LET US CONTINUE
SO WHAT IS THE NAME OF YHWH?
THE FIRST LETTER IS “YUD”, LETTER YUD IT IS THE EQUIVALENT OF LETTER “Y”. THIS
IS WHY THE MAJORITY OF THE BIBLES THAT USE THE NAME “JEHOVAH” HAVE
FOOTNOTES THAT SAY THE REAL NAME IS “YHWH”.
ADONAI IS THE EQUIVALENT OF THE FOUR LETTERS OF THE NAME OF ADONAI.
THE MAJORITY OF THE ORIGINAL HEBREW NAMES HAVE THE NAME “YAH” IN THEM.
FOR EXAMPLE,
ELIYAH OBADIYAH
YIRMEYAH MIKAYAH
YESHAYAH TZEPHANYAH
MELAHYAH OSHYAH
ZECHARYAH
5. IN THE KING JAMES VERSION BIBLE WE FIND THE SHORT FORM OF THE NAME
YHWH. LET US CHECK SOME OF THEM,
Psalm (Tehillim) 68:4 Sing to God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rides on the heavens by his
name JAH, and rejoice before him.
Psalm (Tehillim) 77:11 I will remember the works of JAH: surely I will remember
your wonders of old.
LETTER “Y” SHOULD BE PLACED INSTEAD OF LETTER “J”. IT SOUNDS “YAH”
YHWH PUT HIS NAME IN A CITY
2 Chronicles 33:7 And he set a carved image, the idol which he had made, in the house of God, of
which God had said to David and to Solomon his son, In this house, and in Jerusalem, which I have
chosen before all the tribes of Israel, will I put my name for ever:
THE MESSIAH CALLED IT “THE CITY OF THE GREAT KING”, THAT CITY IS JERUSALEM,
THIS IS HOW IT SOUNDS IN HEBREW:
“YAHRUSHALAIM”
NOWADAYS THERE IS A WORD THAT IS COMMONLY HEARD IN CHRISTIANDOM, THE
WORD IS “HALLELLUJAH”
THEY PRONOUNCE AND SING THIS WORD BUT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT MEANS.
THIS WORD DENOTES HAPPINESS OR PRAISE TO ELOHIM, BUT NO ONE REALLY KNOWS
THE ORIGIN OF THIS WORD
HALLELLUJAH!
THIS WORD IS COMPOSED OF TWO HEBREW WORDS, THE FIRST WORD IS “HALLEL”
AND THE SECOND ONE IS THE SHORT FORM OF THE NAME YHWH, WHICH IS “YAH”. SO
THE WORD IS:
HALLELLUYAH!
THE MEANING OF THIS WORD IS PRAISED BE “YAHWEH”
Psalm (Tehillim) 94:12 Blessed is the man whom you chasten, O JAH, and
teach him out of your law;
Psalm (Tehillim) 118:5 I called on JAH in distress: JAH answered me, and set me in
a large place.
6. THE NAME OF THE FATHER IS IN THE NAME OF THE MESSIAH. FOR THAT REASON
MATTHEW 1:21 SAYS, “AND SHE SHALL BRING FORTH A SON, AND YOU SHALL CALL HIS
NAME YAHSHUA: FOR HE SHALL SAVE HIS PEOPLE FROM THEIR SINS”. THIS MEANS
THE NAME IS COMPOSED OF THE HEBREW FOR SALVATION, LET US TAKE A LOOK.
YAHSHUA = YAH (YAHWEH) SHUA=SALVATION
“YAHWEH IS SALVATION”
THIS IS THE REASON WHY HE SAID, YOU WILL NOT SEE ME UNTIL YOU SAY, BLESSED IS
HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF “YAHWEH”
THE GREEK WORD FOR CHRIST IS “CHRISTOS”, THE HEBREW WORD IS MASHYAH
WHICH MEANS THE ANOINTED OF YAHWEH.
THE GREEK WORD FOR SENT IS APOSTLE, THE HEBREW WORD IS “SHELYAH”, WHICH
MEANS THE ONE SENT BY “YAHWEH”.
MOREOVER, ALL THE ORIGINAL HEBREW NAMES IN THE BIBLE HAVE BEEN CHANGED,
MANY NAMES WERE CHANGED, EVEN THE NAME OF THE ALMIGHTY.
FOR EXAMPLE, BABYLONIANS CHANGED THE NAMES OF CHANANYAH, MISHAEL AND
AZARYAH FOR SHADRACH, MESHACH AND ABEDNEGO. THEY GAVE DANIEL THE NAME
OF BELTSHATZAR. THIS IS WHAT ANCIENT BABYLON DID. NOWADAYS MODERN
BABYLON IS ALSO CHANGING THE NAMES.
Numbers 6:24
24YAHWEH bless you, and keep you:
25 YAHWEH make his face shine on you, and be gracious to you:
26 YAHWEH lift up his countenance on you, and give you peace.
27 And they shall put my name on the children of Israel, and I will bless
them.
Revelation 14:1 And I looked, and, see, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred
forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
JEHOVAH INCORRECT NAME!
YAHVEH INCORRECT NAME!
YAHWEH IT IS HIS NAME!
