The term is a combination of two Greek
words:
Theos- (God)
Logos- (Word)
Meaning, to speak about God. “The study
of God”

Genesis 4:14
Behold, thou hast driven me out this
day from the face of the earth; and
from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall
be a fugitive and a vagabond in the
earth; and it shall come to pass, [that]

Occasionally the scriptures use
expressions that seem to attribute
human, physical features to God.
Such as: (Fingers, Hands, Arms,
and Face)

7. KNOWING GOD IS ETERNAL BUSINESS
