10. Resume – career summary
Groomed as a thought leader through the young leadership programme by British Council, I am keenly
interested in empowering talents by facilitating and delivering learning and development modules,
workshops and 1 on 1 coaching sessions. The organization's approach of engaging general public to address and
promote the necessity of being aware of social issues - i.e. Climate Change, Social Enterprise, Engagement
Education through football etc.- fundementally contributed to founding my perspectives and principles.
At Robert Walters, a global recruitment consulting firm, I had an honor to meet and register 772 candidiates
who are bilingual professionals across Finance/Accounting, Financial Services and SCM and I have filled in
CFO/CSO across startups and large enterprises, established the Korea team of a securities firm and also a
venture capital diagnising their talent needs and the status of their employer branding.
With an idea that a recruiter is the major audience for the whole career history of a candidate, observed and
assessed their capacities and pitching skill and walked them through what it takes to land on their dream
jobs, which led to successful placements worth billions of billing.
On the other note, I have managed the team of 4 people achieving 120% of the team budget target while
every team member's also hitting the individual budget altogether and more importantly, creating friendly
and well liked comradery together.
I am newly taking the HR, Talent Development role at Konstellation as well as VegaX, a rising leader in the
blockchain scene waring multiple hats of talent attraction, building up the organizational culture etc.
Plus, I also newly started taking the Masters in Decision Analytics at Minerva University with personal
focus on developing HR Analytics skills and insights.
