The student received a letter congratulating them for making the Dean's List at Grand Rapids Community College for the 2014 Summer Session by earning a minimum 3.5 GPA while enrolled in at least six credit hours. This academic achievement will be noted on their transcript. They may also be eligible for Phi Theta Kappa, an honor society for two-year colleges that recognizes academic excellence.
