Throughout the year we've had difficulty gaining the
customer's trust. I've see a huge improvement but as you
can see from our last radiology meeting, there still seems
to be that last bit of trust missing. Continue to work on
getting to know the service managers on a personal level.
A 3 is a good score here because as a department, we
didn't meet our goal.
