CDS, Inc. was incorporated in 2001
by President and CEO, Mr. Dionisio
Ortiz II. The parent company is
officially registered in Puerto Rico
as ‘Corporate Document Solutions,
Inc.’ and has as its primary sub‐
corporation;

Corporate Development Solutions ,
Inc. focuses its deliverable services
on corporate, government and
private industry infrastructure pro‐
jects as they relate to consulting,
planning, analysis, needs assess‐
ments and overall work plan perti‐

term development of a given pro‐
