BRONYA
ULTRA THIN CERAMIC THERMAL INSULATION
“APPLIED LIKE PAINT, WORKS AS A THERMAL BARRIER”

Applications: There are 4 major categories of application for “Bronya Ultra
Thin Ceramic Thermal Insulation”.
1. BUILDINGS: The creation of a building envelope in structures
(insulation of walls and roofs) is most important today, since we should
all be trying to save energy, protect the environment and create a
better internal work or living environment by increasing building
efficiency. Depending on the extent of insulation application of Bronya
modifications on older or new buildings, practice has shown a
remarkable 30%-40% savings on heating/cooling expenditures while at
the same time problems like mould formation and condensation
phenomena will disappear.
2. MANUFACTURING: Most manufacturing processes are performed
with the use of energy derived from some heat source like steam or hot
water, gas or oil. High temperatures are produced by these machines
or pipelines carrying steam. The high temperatures that are witnessed
are the result of actual “energy lost”. So what would one gain if those
items radiating heat were effectively insulated, but at the same time
remained visible for inspection at all times? The same applies to
circuits/installations that have to be kept cool for some reason. The
natural warming of cool circuits means that cooling systems are
working overtime. According to testimonies from Bronya clients, the
energy saving could amount to 10%-20%, depending on the extent of
insulation.
3. GAS / OIL INSTALLATIONS and SHIPPING: These are all outdoor
and have to cope with variable weather conditions, exposed to dirt and
chemicals. Temperature stability is of great essence in all cases,
whether it is a gas/oil/fuel pipe or storage tank or a chimney or a
machine room. Visible inspection is now possible, through the use of
ultra thin ceramic heat insulation (no padding and cladding). At the
same time, through the use of additives, corrosion under insulation
problems is eliminated. If we also take into account the fact that no
extra space is lost due to thick padding, since we only need 1-3 mm in
thickness (dependant on application), plus the easiness of application,
it is obvious that you can only benefit. How much, is up to you.
4. IΝCORPORATION of BRONYA MODIFICATIONS IN A
PRODUCTION LINE: Some products need some kind of insulating
material to be applied inside or on the outside of them in order to serve
their purpose. In other cases, some kind of insulation has to be applied
after fitting. It is therefore possible to apply a Bronya coating at a
certain stage during manufacturing, which will give the product extra
heating/cooling insulation properties.
