 Catch weight is used to catch the weight of an item for purchasing & selling.
 Well-known term in food industry where the products are often measured in two units
1) Inventory Unit: Unit of measure in which product is weighed and invoiced.
2) Catch weight Unit: Unit in which inventory is sold and shipped.
 In simple words, one unit of a product is used as stock unit for inventory management
and another unit i.e. weight unit is often used for measuring value of a product.
