Subject: Recommendation for Diana Padar - OBO Administrative Assistant
To Whom It May Concern:
It is a pleasure to provide a recommendation for OBO Administrative Assistant Diana Padar.
Diana has been with OBO since September 2072 performing the duties of an administrative
assistant.
Diana's daily responsibilities include basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, faxing;
she also kept track of the time and attendance for the OBO office. Her duties further included
tasks such as downloading contractor submittals, printing, and tracking these items. When we
had visitors to inspect the project, she coordinated their accommodations and accesses to the
embassy compound.
As an administrative assistant, Diana also had the responsibility of handling our petty cash. She
disbursed money as needed to purchase items we need to keep the office operational. She made
sure orr office supplies were always stocked. She did a fine job managing this portion of her
job.
Without reservation, I have no hesitation in recommending Diana Padar in any position that
commensurate her knowledge, skills, and experience. She will be a good addition to any office
environment.
