I have known and worked with Didier for the past 2 ¼ years whilstperforming as
his OnshoreRig Manager for Seadrill rig AOD 2 in the Gulf of Arabia.
We broughtthe rig out of the Keppel fels yard in Singaporethrough Sharjah port
in UAE and on to work for Saudi Aramco up to this point.
Fromthe firsttime I met Didier I have found him to be a very dedicated and
thorough maintenance team leader.
His back ground is on the mechanical side with a wide variety of knowledge and
experience that he uses to drivehis team to attain his level of expectations all the
time.
Strengths are good trouble shooting and proactiveness to mitigate possibleissues
before they arise. He is always looking for either a better way to achieve high
maintenance standards or adding to systems already in place with efficiency and
cost effectiveness central to the plan.
He also possesses very good IT/computer skills thatany industry requires in this
day and age.
I would recommend Didier for running any drilling or heavy industrial
maintenance team on or offshore.
