Where it is often impossible to change the people or the world around us, it is possible to become calm and still within, given the right support and help. As a fully qualified Bereavement Counsellor, I specialise in supporting you to work through any anxiety, stress, illness or sadness you may be experiencing or helping you if have lost someone or something dear to you. My key focus as a Wellbeing Counsellor is to help you achieve a peaceful and harmonious way of being.
