the watch industry.
The Omega Globemaster is a 39mm timepiece that features the pie-pan dial that was found on the Constellation in
1952. Surrounding the dial is an easily identifiable fluted bezel whose top ridges are smothed. The see through
scratch-resistant sapphire caseback protects the Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8900/8901. This
movement is the first to be tested and approved following the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS), which
makes it the world’s first Master Chronometer. In addition to measuring everyday wearing conditions, METAS
ensures that the movement can function properly when exposed to magnetic fields of 15,000 gauss.
Each timepiece comes with an idividualized copy of its METAS test results and an ID card that will allow its owner to
sign in and view the results.
