This document outlines a proposal to unlock investment in Nepal for producing and marketing herbal goods. The goals are to produce herbal soap, tonics, foods, and market them domestically and internationally, while contributing to environmental, social and financial inclusion. Existing financial sources include equity shares, member savings, micro-insurance funds and local bank loans. Additional sources proposed are loans from the World Bank Group, foreign direct investment partnerships for co-financing, cooperation, distribution and risk mitigation. The proposal seeks $1 billion to expand herbal product lines using local agricultural products, with 20% of financing from shareholders, 30% from local bank loans, and 50% from concessional loans from multilateral development banks, with 80

credit cooperative. This has collected 10
million NRS saving for investment.

shares from 500 members.
 We have selling Micro-insurance

 We are selling herbal soap of 1 millions
annually

6. New Plans
 We Need 1 billions to expand herbal
product based on Local agri-product.
 2o% of our project finance will manage
from our share holders. 30% Loan form
Local Bank and 50% concessional loan
from MDB.
 80% product will be export .
