Modelling in Solidworks?
The SOLIDWORKS application is Mechanical Design Automation Software that
runs on the popular Windows operating system.
Mechanical designers can use this simple tool to quickly sketch ideas,
experiment with features and dimensions, and create models and detailed
drawings.
As you create a model, you can add information (Dimensions, Notes, Datums,
Geometric Tolerances, and Other Annotations).
You can make 2D sketches of a model and then add the model's dimensions
and annotations to the drawings.
