Current work focuses on emotional development, well-being in schools, developmental teaching, formative interventions, and mindful self-care, by discussing a relational-developmental framework for schools.
Core competencies include; cognitive and behavioural assessments, leadership in School Resource Groups, leadership in school organization and improvement planning, as well as parental coaching and student counseling.
