To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to offer this letter of endorsement and recommendation for Devin Kroner.
During his period of service at Cross Points Church, I have had the pleasure to interact with
Devin on both a professional and personal level. I have found him to be a man of intense and
passionate faith, impeccable integrity, possessing a strong work ethic, genuinely compassionate,
highly intelligent, exceptionally articulate and a true professional.
Devin is a man who not only has had immense compassion for our congregation but has actively
worked to personally meet their needs and help resolve their problems. He possesses the true
heart of a pastor and demonstrates that daily in the way in which he conducts his ministry and
lives his life.
Devin approaches his ministry with exceptional intelligence; working to maximize the
effectiveness of the resources at his disposal as well as find new, innovative ways to reach
people and draw them into the Kingdom.
I have observed a degree of wisdom that is beyond his years. On many occasions, Devin has
revealed intellectual and spiritual insights that have been beneficial to the church and to me
personally.
Devin is very well organized, displaying a significant ability to multi-task. He is an encourager,
an innovative thinker and a man who is capable of thinking outside the box to further God’s
Kingdom.
He has the ability to understand complex situations quickly and offer meaningful input. Behind
the pulpit, Devin is a superb preacher – articulate, dynamic, biblically grounded and very
entertaining.
In conclusion, I believe Devin would make an excellent addition to almost any church and is just
beginning to realize the gifts and talents that he possesses. He is an exceptional young man who
I can recommend without hesitation and I am available to anyone who wishes to discuss Devin at
any time.
Sincerely,
Steve Van Buskirk
