47. TECHNICAL MINISTRY
Engineers the Feast experience to enhance
the atmosphere of Worship and provide
Quality Communication
• Records the whole event and operates the
switcher, among others, to add intensity to
the experience and create connection with
the attendees
• Manage cables and all other technical
equipment
48. Visual Management Ministry
• Provides a guide for the congregation,
the music ministry and the Preacher
• Displays the count-down, lyrics, slides
and prompter for worship team and Preacher
49. WORSHIP MINISTRY
Brings the congregation to a state of praise and
worship through music and dance
• Composed of Worship Leaders, Lead Singers,
Instrumentalists, Chorus and Dancers
• The Worship Leader is developed and recognized
by the Builder and has musical and leadership skills
to lead people into God's Presence
• Lead Singers have good vocal skills and a heart for worshipping God.
• Instrumentalists are generally skilled (but not limited to) in Lead, Acoustic,
Rhythm and Bass Guitars, Drums or Keys and have the know-how to
worship through their instruments
• The Chorus represents the congregation singing the praises and worship
• The Dancers lead the congregation into joyful worship through dance

The Guardians of the Feast
• In charge of the overall security of the activities
of the Feast
• The team's primary concern is to secure the
venue from suspicious-looking persons
• The Guardians need to be vigilant and clearly
visible at all times to deter and prevent any untoward incidents.
In case of inappropriate events, the Guardians have the
responsibility to maintain order. They coordinate with the
Novotel security or police authorities if and when needed.
54. AWESOME KIDS MINISTRY
Be the caregivers and teachers of our
attendees’ and servants' children
• Gather kid aged 3 to 12 for Christian formation
• Conceptualize and implement various activities
for kids, such as children's workshops, trainings, and
performances

all servants to track progress of formation
and for organizational development
• Handle the FOD database of all Servants
and Attendees
• They also take care of recording and
reporting Feast Statistics and Data for
Feast Ortigas District’s growth.
70. SERVANT SERVICES
The Human Resource Management Team of Feast Novotel
• Distribute servants snack stubs
• Keep track of monthly birthday celebrations
• Keep track of servants emotional and spiritual “well-being” in terms of
formation-- have they gone through LST? Do they have LG?
• Do training needs analysis to come up / recommend relevant servants’
formation activities
• Keep a database of servants’ contact numbers, occupation, city, status,
ministry movement etc in coordination with the Secretariat Ministry
• Coordinate with Security Ministry when certain servants are in danger,
calamity situations etc
