2. 1. Listen and show interest in others: Listening a good tool to have. Most
communicators will show interest in what others have to say.
2. Get to the point quickly and clearly: Whether you're making a statement
or answering a question, get to the point quickly.
3. Growth: You will not have all of the answers to every question but there is
one thing that you can do which is to circumvent yourself around people who
have a wealth of knowledge and willing to share it. We all have made
mistakes, if you are scared to fail and then you are not successful
4. Lead by example: In my experience, leadership is about three things: To
listen, to inspire and to empower. Over the years, I've tried to learn to do a
much better job listening actively, making sure I really understand the other
person's point of view, learning from them, and using that basis of trust and
collaboration to inspire and empower. Have faith in the people that work for
you.
5. Read Nonverbal Cues : Watch for signs that your audience has
misunderstood your message by looking for what is not being said
