5. Broadcast may be rescheduled due to acts of nature or technical problems.
6. All files submitted to Sign Media must be ready for broadcast. Sign Media will charge a minimal cost for
conversion of Ad Material to Flash.
7. Sign Media will issue a Certificate of Broadcast every month.
