excellent business acumen, combined with strong managerial qualities, brought about an immediate
increase in the firm's profitability, and has made him one of its most significant assets. Since then he has
acquired severalother businesses. These include Zaval-Tex Construction, Zaval-Tex Eco Services,
Tomahawk Construction, M&A Construction, McMann Construction, Diamond L Construction and
various other companies.
Dennis is married to Mary Lou Mott and has five children; He resides at 7310 Brighton Place Lumberton,

DENNIS MOTT LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
To Whom It May Concern,
I have personally worked with Dennis on two projects; the Paulsboro Terminal Expansion and the Salt Lake City
16" Pipeline.
Paulsboro Terminal Expansion
Construct 8 tanks with a total capacity of bbls
This project came in on time and at budget
Coordinated with Plains Operations personnel the expansion inside anexisting operational Terminal Made
construction decisions within our Company Policies to maintain schedule
Maintained outstanding working relationships with the General Contractor and the sub-Contractors
Maintained outstanding community relations with the Borough of Paulsboro during construction
Salt Lake City 16" Pipeline
Complete the installation of the Aspen to Salt Lake City 16-in pipeline from the Croydon Block Valve to
Salt Lake City. This portion of the route was through Weber Canyon and included multiple directional
drills.
At the time, Dennis took over as CM the project was woefully behind schedule and hemorrhaging money D
The inspection staff was immediately reorganized
The contractor(s) were provided with the instruction they need to perform up to Plains' expectations
Started auditing previous contractor invoices and instituted invoicing instructions for future invoices o
the initial audits found numerous errors
Dennis has been an invaluable contributor to Plains' recent construction successes. It is only because of our
reduced Capital Program that we are unable to take advantage of Dennis' expertise. I highly recommend Dennis
for any pipeline or station construction project that you would consider him for.
Very truly yours

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;
DENNIS MOTT LETTER OF RECOMENDATION:
Dennis Mott and I have worked togetherfor the last 34 years where I was either the company man or contractor.
Dennis has run many projects as both a contractorand or construction manager for many Major pipeline companies
and I have the highest regards for Dennis, his knowledge is like having a walking encyclopedia around you at all
times. Dennis does not have to go find the answer to major problems or design plän flaws he already knows the
answer. Dennis is a valued leader than always seems to get the projects completed on time and under budget pending
engineering listens when he
says there's a problem before you get hit with extras. I would recommend Dennis for any pipeline, plant or station
projects.
I worked for Dennis at Plains All American Pipeline for some time building tanks, purnp stations and laying 48-
inch pipeline in LA. He has since moved to many projects for PAALP all over the US before the economic slow
own hit the industry. You will not find a more loyal dedicated Manager, as well as being fair to his people which
is why he has been able to keep a great staff of inspectors.
Sincerely,
Pø6ez&DezZ

To whom it may concern:
I have known Dennis Mott since 1975 when I was working as an engineer with United Gas
Pipeline. At that time, Dennis was running his construction company and provided pipeline
construction support for a number of my projects.
Dennis was able to provide good construction services for my various pipeline and station
projects. Dennis grew his construction company over a period of years and was successful in
competing in the pipeline industry.
Dennis sold his construction company and moved into banking where he again ran a successful
business for a number of years and decided to try something new.
After selling his banks, Dennis took on construction management of some large, complex
pipeline projects across the United States. Dennis has earned a reputation as a "trouble shooter"
who can move onto a project plagued with issues, take charge, make tough decisions and turn
the project into a successful venture.
I have been in the natural gas pipeline industry for over 40 years and I can think of very few
people that have the pipeline construction expertise and skill set to manage large pipeline
construction projects as well as Dennis. In addition, I know Dennis to be an honest straight
forward and hardworking individual. He understands firsthand the difficulty in running a
business and makes it a goal to provide the company a quality service. Dennis runs projects for
others the same way that he ran his own company and looks out for the best interest of the
company and expects his workers to do the same.
I would recommend Dennis as a pipeline construction candidate and have no doubt that Dennis will
demonstrate his worth in short order.
Sincerely
Terry Earley
PLAINS
PIPELINE, L.P.
To whom it may concern:
I have had the privilege of working with Dennis Mott on multiple projects in various capacities since 2008. Dennis
has served as the Construction Manager on many of Plain's projects since 2007. I have personally worked with him
as the Project Manager and as the Director of Engineering.
My first project with Dennis was our 93 miles 16" Salt Lake City project. Dennis and I were brought in to complete
this job. Upon arrival, all of the "easy" parts of the line were completed. We were tasked with finishing up the job.
The work had been awarded on a T&M basis and without Dennis on site 7 days a week, we would have had
significantly more issues and delays. Dennis is a primary reason we were able to get this project completed and in
service.
The next major project I wasinvolved with wasPlains Eagle Ford construction. As the dream of the project became
reality, Dennis was the first choice to head up the construction management role. That project consisted of 4 major
stations with tanks, —150 miles of 20" pipeline, and a barge dock. Dennis assembled a first-class inspection team
to ensure the project was done within the specifications and on time. The total project cost for this project was in
the $350 MM range.
Dennis continued to work in the South Texas area over seeing multiple projects simultaneously and when the
Cactus pipeline was approved, Dennis was again the first choice as construction manager for that project. Cactus
too was completed on time and budget. The total project cost was over $400 MM.
When I am faced with large, challenging projects, Dennis is always one of the first considered to manage the
construction oversight. He understands what documentation is required, governmental mandated requirements,
and is able to apply company specifications and standards to the work. He has worked on major pipeline projects,
major station and terminal additions, and docks for Plains over the past few years. While Dennis does not know
everything, he quickly realizes where he needs help and through his extensive network is able to find the necessary
expertise needed.
Please feelfree to give me a call if you would like to discuss Dennis Mott's qualification further.
Sincerely;

To Whom It May Concern
Subject: Construction Manager Position — Dennis Mott
Please accept this letter as my strongest recommendation for Dennis Mott, for the
Construction Manager position. In my opinion, Dennis would be the perfect choice
for this position, based on his successful work history, work ethic, and his initiative
to get the job done right.
I closely worked with Dennis Mott when I was a Project Manager at Plains All
American Pipeline ("Plains"). Together, with Dennis as the Construction Manager,
in 2011-2012 we worked on several greenfield projects, including two pipelines, two
crude terminals, and the expansion of an existing crude terminal The scope of work
including the installation of large diameter crude storage tanks, pumps, meters,
buildings, and associated station piping. The scope of work also included the
installation of 6", 10" and 12" pipelines, to connect the said crude terminals. Dennis
was instrumental in resolving schedule issues, extra work and related change orders,
and contractor/inspector disputes, and completing the projects on time and under
budget His communication skills and resolve to get the job done were his strong
points.
I am personally aware of many large Plains projects where Dennis was
handpicked as the Construction Manager, to include several 100+ mile pipeline and
facilities projects. He has been a pipeliner for over 30 years, and his expertise and
ability to manage a project are unmatched
I still today contact Dennis with questions about facilities and pipeline construction,
on my current projects. I trust and value his opinion, as I know many other Project
Managers do as well. I would strongly recommend Dennis Mott for any
Construction Manager position* Please feel free to contact me should you have any
questions about Dennis Mott, at cell 832-910-5338 or email

DENNIS MOTT LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
To Whom It May Concern,
I am pleased to give Dennis Mott my personal recommendation. Dennis Mott has been a valuable resource that
Plains Pipeline has leaned on for nearly 10 years to assist in the completion of many projects that have shaped
the infrastructure of Plains All American. Over this period of time, Dennis has been construction manager on
over $600 million in terminal projects and in excess of $1.5 billion of pipeline projects plus constructability
studies on many other projects. He has performed work on Plains assets in South Texas,Gulf Coast, East Coast,
Permian Basin and the Rockies. Together with his wife Mary as the office manager they make an outstanding
team completing many projects and in the process mentoring many young project engineers. It is only because of
our reduced Capital Program that we are unable to take advantage of Dennis' expertise. I highly recommend
Dennis for any pipeline or station construction project that you would consider him for.

To whom it may concern:
It is with great pleasure that I heartily recommend Dennis Mott as a candidate for a
position or for association with you.
I have been Dennis' Pastor for the past 25 years. He was very involved in helping our
congregation get our church facility built. I have also drawn from his experience in many
ways as a member of my advisory board.
I have always found his integrity and character to be of the highest standard. I have seen
Dennis reach out again and again to those around him with charity and a helping hand.
He has always proven to be very dependable, a good leader, and a good team worker.
I firmly believe that he would be a valuable asset to any business or organization.
Please do not hesitate to connect with me if I can be of any further assistance.
Sincerely,
Benny Thomas

Dennis does not have to go find the answer to major problems or design plän flaws he already knows the answer. Dennis is a valued leader than always seems to get the projects completed on time and under budget pending engineering listens when he says there's a problem before you get hit with extras. I would recommend Dennis for any pipeline, plant or station projects. I worked for Dennis at Plains All American Pipeline for some time building tanks, purnp stations and laying 48- inch pipeline in LA. He has since moved to many projects for PAALP all over the US before the economic slow own hit the industry. You will not find a more loyal dedicated Manager, as well as being fair to his people which is why he has been able to keep a great staff of inspectors. Sincerely, Pø6ez&DezZ 3-8-2016 YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THEPEOPLE YOU SURROUND YOURSELF WITH! Robert Nesloney March 8; 2016 To whom it may concern: I have known Dennis Mott since 1975 when I was working as an engineer with United Gas Pipeline. At that time, Dennis was running his construction company and provided pipeline construction support for a number of my projects. Dennis was able to provide good construction services for my various pipeline and station projects. Dennis grew his construction company over a period of years and was successful in competing in the pipeline industry.
  • 5. Dennis sold his construction company and moved into banking where he again ran a successful business for a number of years and decided to try something new. After selling his banks, Dennis took on construction management of some large, complex pipeline projects across the United States. Dennis has earned a reputation as a "trouble shooter" who can move onto a project plagued with issues, take charge, make tough decisions and turn the project into a successful venture. I have been in the natural gas pipeline industry for over 40 years and I can think of very few people that have the pipeline construction expertise and skill set to manage large pipeline construction projects as well as Dennis. In addition, I know Dennis to be an honest straight forward and hardworking individual. He understands firsthand the difficulty in running a business and makes it a goal to provide the company a quality service. Dennis runs projects for others the same way that he ran his own company and looks out for the best interest of the company and expects his workers to do the same. I would recommend Dennis as a pipeline construction candidate and have no doubt that Dennis will demonstrate his worth in short order. Sincerely Terry Earley PLAINS PIPELINE, L.P. To whom it may concern: I have had the privilege of working with Dennis Mott on multiple projects in various capacities since 2008. Dennis has served as the Construction Manager on many of Plain's projects since 2007. I have personally worked with him as the Project Manager and as the Director of Engineering. My first project with Dennis was our 93 miles 16" Salt Lake City project. Dennis and I were brought in to complete this job. Upon arrival, all of the "easy" parts of the line were completed. We were tasked with finishing up the job. The work had been awarded on a T&M basis and without Dennis on site 7 days a week, we would have had significantly more issues and delays. Dennis is a primary reason we were able to get this project completed and in service. The next major project I wasinvolved with wasPlains Eagle Ford construction. As the dream of the project became reality, Dennis was the first choice to head up the construction management role. That project consisted of 4 major stations with tanks, —150 miles of 20" pipeline, and a barge dock. Dennis assembled a first-class inspection team to ensure the project was done within the specifications and on time. The total project cost for this project was in the $350 MM range. Dennis continued to work in the South Texas area over seeing multiple projects simultaneously and when the Cactus pipeline was approved, Dennis was again the first choice as construction manager for that project. Cactus too was completed on time and budget. The total project cost was over $400 MM. When I am faced with large, challenging projects, Dennis is always one of the first considered to manage the construction oversight. He understands what documentation is required, governmental mandated requirements, and is able to apply company specifications and standards to the work. He has worked on major pipeline projects, major station and terminal additions, and docks for Plains over the past few years. While Dennis does not know everything, he quickly realizes where he needs help and through his extensive network is able to find the necessary expertise needed. Please feelfree to give me a call if you would like to discuss Dennis Mott's qualification further.
  • 6. Sincerely; Mark Sides Director of Engineering Plains All American 333 Clay Street, Suite 1600 Houston, Texas 77002 713/646-4100 or 800-564-3036 March 10, 2016 To Whom It May Concern Subject: Construction Manager Position — Dennis Mott Please accept this letter as my strongest recommendation for Dennis Mott, for the Construction Manager position. In my opinion, Dennis would be the perfect choice for this position, based on his successful work history, work ethic, and his initiative to get the job done right. I closely worked with Dennis Mott when I was a Project Manager at Plains All American Pipeline ("Plains"). Together, with Dennis as the Construction Manager, in 2011-2012 we worked on several greenfield projects, including two pipelines, two crude terminals, and the expansion of an existing crude terminal The scope of work including the installation of large diameter crude storage tanks, pumps, meters, buildings, and associated station piping. The scope of work also included the installation of 6", 10" and 12" pipelines, to connect the said crude terminals. Dennis was instrumental in resolving schedule issues, extra work and related change orders, and contractor/inspector disputes, and completing the projects on time and under budget His communication skills and resolve to get the job done were his strong points. I am personally aware of many large Plains projects where Dennis was handpicked as the Construction Manager, to include several 100+ mile pipeline and facilities projects. He has been a pipeliner for over 30 years, and his expertise and ability to manage a project are unmatched I still today contact Dennis with questions about facilities and pipeline construction, on my current projects. I trust and value his opinion, as I know many other Project Managers do as well. I would strongly recommend Dennis Mott for any Construction Manager position* Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions about Dennis Mott, at cell 832-910-5338 or email jvillarreal@rgldenergy.com. • 7. Jorge Villarreal Project Manager Rangeland Energy DENNIS MOTT LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION To Whom It May Concern, I am pleased to give Dennis Mott my personal recommendation. Dennis Mott has been a valuable resource that Plains Pipeline has leaned on for nearly 10 years to assist in the completion of many projects that have shaped the infrastructure of Plains All American. Over this period of time, Dennis has been construction manager on over $600 million in terminal projects and in excess of $1.5 billion of pipeline projects plus constructability studies on many other projects. He has performed work on Plains assets in South Texas,Gulf Coast, East Coast, Permian Basin and the Rockies. Together with his wife Mary as the office manager they make an outstanding team completing many projects and in the process mentoring many young project engineers. It is only because of our reduced Capital Program that we are unable to take advantage of Dennis' expertise. I highly recommend Dennis for any pipeline or station construction project that you would consider him for. Dwayne Koehn Vice President — Engineering Plains Alf American 713.646.4293
