This document lists over 150 presentations, workshops, classes, media appearances and other public outreach activities conducted by Denise Barratt from 1989 to present on various nutrition, health and wellness topics. The majority of the presentations took place in North Carolina and focused on topics like motivational interviewing, cancer care, sports nutrition, wound care, diabetes, cholesterol, heart health and more. Other Opportunities for Presentations
As research nutritionist at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill facilitated over 400 classes for the
Women’s Health Initiative for 150 women over 8 years. Helped teach group classes for the Trials of
Hypertension Prevention Research Study for over one year.
