INTRODUCTION
Name of the program: Empowering Tomorrow
Our mission is to offer at-risk adolescents in our community all the resources and support they need to overcome
obstacles, acquire valuable life skills, and realize their full potential.
Populations served: Young people who are at risk and are 12 to 18 years old and are dealing with concerns like poverty,
scholastic difficulties, and family problems.
Measurable Goals and Objectives: Raise the percentage of program participants who graduate from high school by 20% in
the first year.
15% reduction in adolescent delinquency rates among participants after one year.
Participants' overall well-being and self-esteem are improved, and 80% of them say their lives have improved as a result.
