 Performed hearing screen test on newborn in NICU department.
 Communicated with the staff and patients to explain the screen test.
 Effectively used Natus equipment on the newborn by following specific protocol.
 Escorted visitors to any location of the hospital when volunteered at the front
desk.
 Interacted with the patients and made them feel better.

 Helped the organization to raise at least $500 for cancer patients.

 Served at Centennial Hall
 Checked in and out residents, organized community walks, and worked weekends
 Participated in Fire Drills and promoted safety for residents in the halls.
 Made bulletin boards, organized programs for residents, and helped residents in
need

 Resolved major issues when on duty including room-mate disagreements, alcohol
incidents, domestic violence issues, suicidal attempt situations, or persons with

Training: Advised new Resident Advisors about the procedures of office
duties. Executed and planed strategies with the staff when
organizing educational programs.
Mentored at East Tennessee State University for incoming
freshmen to guide and motivate them to achieve academic success.
Seminars: Represented as secretory of Alpha Lambda Delta chapter-
San Diego, CA. The conference taught me leadership skills and to
adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Tennessee Public Health Association (TPHA conference) –
Franklin, TN. This seminar provided strong analytical, creative
thinking, and task orientation skills, and helped me to become a
better team player.
