Project Experience
 Current Position: EMG Project Manager 2013-Present
Levels I-III - Property Condition Assessments – Including
a visual walk-through to observe existing conditions; review of the
available construction documentation, public records and current
budgets; presenting gathered intelligence in a detailed report (125-150
pages) consisting of photo documentation, observations, immediate
and future repair cost estimates. Averaged 175 reports per year.
 Energy Audits 2011 – 2012– In conjunction with a team of HED
energy efficiency experts, performed complete Energy Audits of a
variety of properties including the 2.7 acre James E. Rogers College of
Law. Together the team reviewed the condition of the building
systems, identified existing problems, recommended solutions, and
developed an eQuest energy simulation for both an existing base case
condition and recommended remediations. Total projected energy
savings exceeded $64,000 or 42% of the current operating budget.
Projected compliance benchmarking indicated 50 possible LEED
points, signifying a potential LEED Silver award. Facilities
Management is in currently in the process of implementing
remediation plan.
