renowned WORTH design team creates four seasonal lines of W by Worth per
year that are sold exclusively through our national network of personal stylists
in a trunk show format. The design philosophy at W by Worth is empowering

Business Development has the ability to conduct business anywhere, anytime.
THE DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT POSITION
The DBD position is right for the woman who is interested in establishing
her own W by Worth business and building a sales team of successful W by
Worth Agency Leaders in her geographic territory. DBDs are also responsible
for achieving sales growth through the recruitment and training of new
representatives and through the continual development of those selling in her
division. W by Worth provides extensive recruiting, sales and leadership training
for the new DBD in our year-long Executive Leadership Program.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The Executive Leadership Program is led by the Director of Executive Leadership
Lori Cronican. The first tier of training in this program includes travel to New
York for a company overview including brand immersion, a tour of Worth
Design and introduction to the W by Worth leadership team including Worth
CEO Dave DeFeo, W by Worth President Courtney Denby and Vice President
Kristen Schadt. The second tier of the Executive Leadership Program includes
Recruiting, Leadership and Business Consulting Training. All travel expenses
associated with the Executive Leadership Program are covered by the company.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
DBDs are women with a track record of success and extensive leadership
experience in a professional or volunteer capacity. The ideal DBD candidate
is goal-oriented with the drive to achieve and a commitment to personal
excellence. She is a natural networker who enjoys connecting and working with
other women. The DBD position requires the ability to sell with success and to
attract and recruit new talent to the company.
EARNING POTENTIAL
The DBD compensation package is a combination of corporate support, sales
commission, a seasonal clothing allowance and extensive performance bonus
opportunities for those who meet their recruiting and sales growth objectives.
