An intense five-day business leadership development program designed to take Canada’s most
promising entrepreneurial enterprises to the next level of success.
Founded by KPMG Enterprise™ and the Ivey Business School and sponsored by TD and the
Globe and Mail to help foster a robust and thriving entrepreneurial community in Canada.
Admission to QuantumShift is by invitation only. Each year KPMG Enterprise manages the
nominations for candidates who represent high growth, high potential businesses. Once the
nominations are complete, the applications are then reviewed and participants are selected by
the Ivey Business School. The calibre of nominees is high and selection is very competitive.
Every graduate will become a Fellow of QuantumShift and will become part of an exceptional
business support network.
Following Ivey’s proven case-study method, participants will focus on leadership, external
guidance, strategy, finance, partnerships, human resources and, through shared experiences,
will build a network of peers.
This is the 13th year of the QuantumShift Program.
The program will be held May 8-13, 2016 at the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre in London,
Ontario.
KPMG Enterprise, the Ivey Business School, TD, and The Globe and Mail heavily subsidize the
cost for the QuantumShift program, including food and accommodation, thanks to sponsorship
of the program. Participants pay only a portion of the program costs plus their own travel
expenses.
