2. Posters
The advertising team from Warner Bros were very creative with the ways they
would advertise Man of Steel. There first way were posters:
From these posters you can see they have stuck to a theme. For example
they all have a bright light blue flash in the background. These similar
posters give the movie continuity and an image that will remind people
that they are all for the same film. Also they show the main characters on
each one individually. Also the title on the posters are the same. With the
white ‘Man of Steel’ with the Superman logo in the middle of it. The text
on each poster is also the same with no change.

4. Superman truck?
In the weeks before releasing
the movie, Warner Bros and DC
contacted Dodge, and they
designed a Man of Steel truck.
They created a 30 second trailer
also to create excitement about
the movie.

To create mass excitement about the new superman film Warner
Bros created around a dozen trailers to advertise and evade the
audience losing interest in the film. They kept ‘Man of Steel’ in
everyone's faces.

6. Superman equal to Jesus?

Warner Bros made a focus to engage Christians. By saying ‘Jesus-
the first superhero?’.
"Superman's mythical origins are rooted in the timeless reality of a
spiritual superhero who also lived a modest life until
extraordinary times required a supernatural response‚
then saying .
"Jesus was sent by his Father to bear our burdens, to right our
wrongs, to rise above our troubling circumstances.
7. Mainstream or Indie
Man of Steel, is a very mainstream advertised movie. Meaning
that it was advertised in all of the ‘big’ movie magazines and was
advertised on all of the more popular TV channels, also the big
radio frequencies.
