To Whom It May Concern:
I’ve worked with Mr. Breaux off and on for the last 8 years. We have worked
together on all of the Spar projects, and worked together on sub-sea completions on the
Ocean Star and Valiant.
Mr. Breaux takes pride in what he does and is very good at it. Yes, at times we have
had minor to almost major problems on the rigs. But Mr. Breaux knows his equipment
very well. And if the problem can not be fixed within 30 min, he has his crew preparing to
make up the backups. And once the backups are ready, he doesn’t stop working on the
primary tools. If Dean and Crew were unable to fix on location, he will have another set
coming to the dock ASAP.
Mr. Breaux and his crew’s work in a very safe and timely manner. The crews
always attend pre-tour meetings and always give a detailed JSA on the rig up of their
equipment.
Mr. Breaux and his crew’s have a proactive approach to their work and the work in
general on the rig. They are always ready to give a hand when needed. If, they have an idea
that will save APC time and money, we will take a look to ensure it’s safe and doable.
In, closing Mr. Breaux over the last 8 or so years has become a very good
supervisor. He knows what his equipment can and can’t do. Safety of personnel is always
first on his mind, then performing a safe and timely job for APC. He will go out of his way
to ensure that everything is running when the time comes to start working.
