To Whom It May Concern,
It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Oladayo Odutayo on behalf of Course
Hero Inc. Oladayo succeeded as a selected member of Course Hero's Internship and
associated Professional Development Program, which works to develop, test, and hone each
interns business skill set in a real world setting.
During Oladayo's tenure as a Student Leader intern, he has excelled notably in his written
and oral communications as well as his leadership skills. He built a team of students that
helped contribute towards Course Hero's Knowledge Drive movement, which functions to help
build a better academic resource for Course Hero at selected schools, while also helping to
benefit education abroad through our philanthropic partnership with Books for Africa which
donates books to children in Africa.
Oladayo displayed a deep understanding of Course Hero's short and long term goals, and
was able to align his actions, personal goals, and constructive ideas accordingly. As evidence
of his aptitude, he has been featured in our intern newsletter many times for being a top
student, and has also been featured as the Intern Success Story. This highlights a successful
student, and gives them a platform to share what they have done to succeed with the Course
Hero audience, in their own words. The ability to utilize logic and teachings, and then to apply
it in an actionable manner is impressive, and will be an asset to any organization, team, or
company that he joins in the future.
As one of our top performing interns, Oladayo also greatly contributed to the betterment of
Course Hero’s Internship Program by giving valuable feedback and ideas regarding his
learning’s and successes. A number of those pieces have already been utilized, and have
helped to improve the program for both current and prospective interns. In particular, Oladayo
was at the forefront of our expansion of the Knowledge Drive from the United States to
Canada, and was featured in a blog post highlighting his success and ideas as one of our
very first interns in Canada. His writing in this piece served to share these items with future
interns, as well as to recruit additional students to become interns themselves.
By successfully utilizing both my teachings and the resources that we provide for interns,
Oladayo led 15 students to contribute over 2340 unique study documents to Course Hero,
while also helping to donate 234 books to Books for Africa. He placed among top interns out
of more than 300 Student Leaders at 400 select colleges and universities across the United
States and Canada.
Beyond his role as a Student Leader, Oladayo has since been promoted to a Student
Manager. This promotion is only awarded to our top students, and allows them a chance to
develop the management and leadership skills they have honed even further, by bringing on
their own friends as interns and managing them in the internship. Through this promotion, he

2. has successfully managed a team of 4 interns, who have thus far lead teams to donate
another 256 books to the Knowledge Drive. He has also developed a unique partnership
between the McMaster Investing Club and Course Hero, designed to raise funds for the club,
while continuing to donate books abroad.
Ultimately, Oladayo has served as a great intern, and a great leader for Course Hero and our
associated Knowledge Drive initiative. His time with this company has resulted in a stronger
resource at 23 universities throughout Canada and the United States, and a stronger impact
on the educational landscape both here and abroad.

recommendation. My contact information can be found below.
